We are looking to add new talented colleagues to our German sales team and further develop AutoUncle as the industry driver. This is a vital role to our organization and our commercial agenda. With reference to the Head of Sales, you'll be a part of our new sales/prospecting team, work closely with our Digital Consultants, enabling us to achieve sales objectives, helping customers to more success online.
You’ll be spearheading our sales process prospecting potential customers' online presence and suitability to our solutions, reaching out, creating awareness and opening up the dialogues via the phone. You'll be curious, ask good and tough questions, and creating tension when getting into dialogues about our future customers' online strategy and business objectives. You'll be making sure they know what we can do and how AutoUncle can create online value on their bottom line.
The daily tasks
You’ll kick start the sales process working with a wide range of customer sizes. You'll be prospecting and setting up quality meetings for your colleagues (Digital Consultants) with potential customers. You'll be;
doing research, analysing potential customer's online needs and possible solutions
prospecting, open doors and create an awareness of AutoUncle and what we can do via phone & mail to potential customers
book quality meetings for our Digital Consultants
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: Full time (40 hours).
Office: Hamburg, Dresden, Berlin or Rhine-Ruhr-Valley (Recklinghausen, Dortmund, Essen). Flexibelly Home-Office is also an option that works for us after your onboarding.
Salary: Depends on qualifications (we’re fans of a solid base salary - also in sales).

Most people know AutoUncle for the consumer service (native apps and web) used by millions of consumers in 15 European countries. But, new colleagues tend to get very excited when they see the technological depth there is to AutoUncle’s platform (car valuations based on advanced statistics, indexing and data processing of millions of cars daily, pro dealership tools, automatic marketing platforms, automated billing and so much more).

We are an extremely ambitious, energetic, and international team of currently 70 employees (and growing). We're in a constant vacuum of learning and developing ourselves and each other. You'll find Uncles and Aunts across Europe in cities like; Aarhus, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Dresden, the Rhine-Ruhr-Valley, Dublin, Cluj and Milano.
It is very important that you get energy from- and self ignite picking up the phone and being active. You love talking to people and potential customers, being curious, understand root-courses, and you love when a new lead is on the hook. It is important that the phone is your best friend, that you're resilient and don't give up. It is ideal if you've at least some experience with sales/telesales focusing on B2B new sales. But more important that you:
can convey a clear message and gets energy from picking up the phone and being active
have a good technical understanding, and use it to handle complex innovative products
have either worked with digital marketing / has very good understanding or passionate about learning
professional fluency (speaking and writing) in German as you’ll communicate with customers in this language
confidence in English is a must, as this is our internal company language
have a growth mindset, wants to learn and develop yourself and others
